Our property and facilities can be reserved for hosting events. Please contact us to discuss rates and availability.
Cabins
Two cabins are available. Covered parking, a gas grill, and patio table & chairs are provided, and are shared by both cabins. For the health and comfort of our guests, our cabins are non-smoking ,and pets inside the cabins are not allowed.

Cabin A (Sleeps up to 4) has one bedroom with 2 queen beds, a Living/Dining area with pull-out couch, TV (local Channels), one bathroom , a kitchenette, with sink, microwave oven and coffee maker. Coffee is available for your convenience. Please discard used coffee grounds in the compost container.

Cabin A Nightly Rate: $100.00
Cabin B (Sleeps up to 7) has one large bedroom with 2 queen beds, one bathroom , a washer & dryer, a living room with a pull-out couch (queen) & loveseat (twin), dining room with table & barstools, a full kitchen with refrigerator, gas range, microwave oven, sink and dishwasher. Coffee Maker, dishes, silverware, cutlery and cookware are provided. Coffee is available for your convenience. Please discard used coffee grounds in the compost container.

Cabin B Nightly Rate: $125.00
To book lodging, the full amount must be paid in full at the time of booking. If client has to cancel we must be notified within plenty of time to fill clients booked dates with other clients and the cancelled clients full amount will be reimbursed. If we are notified last minute the amount paid up front in full will be (NON REFUNDABLE).
On-Site amenities include, fire pit, fishing pond and nature trails

Our ranch exists to maintain plants and wildlife native to North Texas, to provide a peaceful venue for learning new things about the world around us, and to build an appreciation for exploring the outdoors.

The RANGE harvests rainwater which is filtered and purified for use in the cabins. We appreciate moderate conservation of this precious resource.
